TURBOVAC i/iX
TURBOVAC i is een beproefde turbomoleculaire pompenplatform variërend van 90 tot 1450 l/s. TURBOVAC i is voorzien van het nieuwste hybride lagerontwerp met een permanente magneet bovenlager in combinatie met een olievrij onder mechanisch lager, wat de schoonste hoogvacuümomstandigheden biedt.
Met TURBOVAC i bieden we varianten aan voor UHV (Ultra Hoog Vacuüm), throughput IND (Industrieel) en iR (stralingsbestendige) varianten met externe elektronica. TURBOVAC i pompen zijn beschikbaar met een compacte interface die de controle van tot twee accessoires, basis RS485, USB en DIGITALE I/O controle mogelijk maakt. De TURBOVAC i serie biedt ook het volledige spectrum van veldbusondersteuning. De universele verbinding genaamd "Anybus" maakt communicatie via Profibus, Ethernet IP, ProfiNET en EtherCAT mogelijk door middel van selecteerbare modules.
TURBOVAC iX biedt ook de Anybus-interface, de mogelijkheid om uw voorvacuümpomp te bedienen, en tot 6 accessoires, een meetinterface die de pomp verandert in een volledige vacuümoplossing. Naast enkelvoudige inlaatpompen bieden we een breed scala aan multi-inlaat, cartridgepompen, en op maat gemaakte producten via ons Customer Focused Engineering team - neem gerust contact op met onze verkoopteams.
TURBOVAC i pompen, in het algemeen, komen stand-alone - de geschikte voedingsunit, communicatie-/voedingskabels en koelingsopties moeten apart besteld worden. TURBOVAC 1350, 1450 en de 850, 950 IND varianten zijn altijd al uitgerust met een waterkoelblok.
