Leybonol oils and lubricants are crucial for the efficient operation and longevity of your vacuum systems. They reduce friction, dissipate heat and prevent wear to ensure smooth operation while maintaining the desired vacuum levels. Leybonol's oils and lubricants have been developed for different types of vacuum pumps, each one offering excellent thermal stability, low vapor pressure, and high resistance to oxidation. The oils and lubricants include mineral oils, synthetic oils, perfluoropolyether (PFPE) oils and special additives, each designed to meet specific application requirements. Using original Leybonol oils and greases over other lubricants significantly enhances the performance and reliability of your Leybold vacuum pumps and systems.

PFPE Oliën

Bij hoge temperaturen is PFPE-olie uw probleemloze oplossing. Het is vrijwel inert bij blootstelling aan verschillende chemicaliën en oxiderende stoffen en blijft onveranderd, zelfs onder intense energiebestraling.

Features and Benefits

• Temperatuurgevoeligheid: Reacties kunnen optreden bij temperaturen boven ongeveer 150°C (302°F), dus zorgvuldige bewaking is aanbevolen.
• Uitzonderlijke thermische stabiliteit: Perfluorpolyether (PFPE) vertoont opmerkelijke thermische stabiliteit en is niet brandbaar, wat extra veiligheid biedt in omgevingen met hoge temperaturen.
• Uiterste temperatuurbestendigheid: Thermische ontleding wordt pas een probleem bij temperaturen boven 290°C (554°F), wat de capaciteit benadrukt om extreme hitte te weerstaan.
